Summary
This tool is a qualitative paper based food frequency questionnaire. The FFQ was developed to determine frequency of consumption of main food allergens during pregnancy in particular of those to be avoided (soya or food additives). This tool has been validated once in 2006.

Special Considerations
The FFQ only measures frequency of intake. The questionnaire includes additional questions on characteristics of the current diet, supplement intake, medication use, smoking habits and exposure to tabacco smoke.
