This tool is a short semi-quantitative paper based food frequency questionnaire, and was developed to rank individuals from the Million Women Study into categories according to intakes of foods and nutrients. The tool consists of 18 questions on the types and frequency of consumption of specific foods during a typical week. This tool has been validated once in a female population in 2004.
