Summary

The tool was developed to produce a novel, simple, quick and engaging method to assess dietary and physical activity behaviours on a previous day in school-aged children. Dietary intake was measured using counts for 21 food groups which included 40 commonly consumed foods and 9 commonly consumed beverages. This tool has been validated once in 2007.
