Summary
This tool is a paper based 24-hour recall, which includes 17 questions. The tool was developed as a supervised classroom exercise to assess one aspect of children's diet: the number of servings of fruit and vegetables consumed in the previous 24 hours. The tool was validated in 2002.

There is a small fee to use the tool. The questionnaire’s language and presentation is designed for 7-9 year olds. The questionnaire is very pictorial and interactive, e.g. children can add drawings or colour in, as well as recording dietary data.
