This tool is a comprehensive quantitative paper based food frequency questionnaire, which includes 84 food groups and an open section. The tool was originally designed to assess fibre and macronutrient intake in a Welsh population. This tool has been validated twice, once in 1991 (validation of antioxidants and vitamin intake) and once in 1993 (validation in a smoking population).
