Summary
This tool is a paper based multiple-pass 24 hour recall which included three stages: a 'quick list', a 'detailed description of food and beverage items consumed' and a 'review'. Using food models, this tool was used to measure the average dietary intake of young children in the previous 24 hours. This tool has been validated three times.
