Summary

This tool is a paper based 24 hour recall. Using standard portion sizes and photographs, this multiple-pass 24 hour recall was repeated over 4 days to measure the average dietary intake of children, adolescents, adults and the elderly in low-income household. This tool has been validated once in 2008.

The tool was based on the one used by the US Department of Agriculture (Moshfegh et al., 1999). An update to the food composition table is required.
