Summary
This tool is a self administered, semi-quantitative food frequency questionnaire consisting of 126 separate food items. The tool was developed for the USA Spanish speaking population and used to assess validity amongst adults in three Latin American countries.

Special Considerations
This tool is an adapted version of the FFQ developed by the US National Cancer Institute that was designed to assess food intake and dietary patterns of the CESAS 1 study population. The tool includes foods and beverages that have been modified to include those frequently consumed in Argentina, Uruguay and Chile.
