This tool is a self administered, semi-quantitative web based food frequency questionnaire called Meal-Q. The tool was developed to measure micronutrient and fibre intake in adults based on results from a population-based study in Sweden. This tool has been validated once.
This tool is a modified, shorter version of a previous web-based FFQ called 'MaxMeal-Q.' The tool was formed by omitting less common food items. Internet access is required to use this tool
