This tool is a self administered, semi-quantitative web based food frequency questionnaire called MiniMeal-Q. The tool is a shorter version of the Meal-Q to measure energy and macronutrient intake in adults based on results from a population-based study in Sweden. This tool has been validated once.

Special Considerations

This tool is a modified, shorter version of a previous web-based FFQ called 'Meal-Q.' The tool was formed by including 30% fewer items than the Meal-Q. Internet access is required to use this tool.
