Summary
This tool is a self administered food frequency questionnsiare consisting of 79 main food items selected via a data-based approach using the Dutch National Food Consumption Survey (1987-1988 database).The questionnaire was designed to measure food group and nutrient intake in adults.

Special Considerations
The questionnaire was developed during the pilot phase of the EPIC study in 1991. Questions are based on average frequency consumption during the past year for the food items. The nutritools team could not get in touch with the tool owner.
