Tool Information: Sheffield FFQ (Pregnant Women)

This tool is a semi-quantitative paper based food frequency questionnaire, which includes 62 questions. The tool was designed specifically for pregnant women and measures their average monthly dietary intake. This tool has been validated once in 2006
The Sheffield FFQ is an adaptation of the FFQ developed and evaluated by Rogers et al., for the Avon Longitudinal Study of Pregnancy and Childhood (ALSPAC). The software used to analyse dietary intake in the validation study is currently unavailable, therefore a new software for data anlaysis is required. Please be aware using new dietary analysis software may effect the validity of the tool.
