Summary
This tool is a self-monitoring web-based estimated food diary that uses an online food database to search for food and drink items. The web-based nature was designed to simplify the recording process and reduce completion time to lower respondent burden. This is a pilot study designed to evaluate the accuracy of energy intake estimated by the estimated food record.

This is a pilot study using a convenience sample of overweight or obese women who were either staff or students at the University of Newcastle, Australia.
