Summary

This tool is a semi-quantitive food frequency questionnaire containing 90-items including qualitative questions regarding food use and cooking practices. This tool was developed to measure usual frequencies of intake in elderly Australians. The tool was used for a postal survey of nearly 2,200 people slected at random from electoral rolls of metropolitan Adelaide, South Australia. The validation study was carried out in 1986.
