This tool is a semi-quantitiative food frequency questionnaire containing 86 food items classified into 11 food groups. The tool was developed for an adult and elderly population to measure average consumption and frequency
The tool was a modified version from a model designed by Willett (1985). Average amounts consumed were asked in 'liang' which is a Chinese measurement of weight. The study included a book of coloured photographs of all food items and portion sizes to assist participants. Results displayed are from the FFQ2 vs 24-HRs.
