Special Considerations
The tool was a modified version from a model designed by Willett (1985). Average amounts consumed were asked in 'liang' which is a Chinese measurement of weight. The study included a book of coloured photographs of all food items and portion sizes to assist participants. Results displayed are from the FFQ2 vs 24-HRs.
