Summary
This tool is a quantitive food frequency questionnaire (FFQ) containing 122 food and drink items which were grouped into ten categories, based on either physical composition or cultural use. The FFQ was designed to assess the habitual diet of adults in urban and rural areas over the previous year. The FFQ also categorized participants by intakes of food, energy and nutrients that were hypothesized to influence the development of chronic diseases. This tool has been validated once in 2012.
