Summary

This tool is a food frequency questionnaire which includes 82 food items. The questionnaire was designed to assess the intake of energy, total fat, linoleic acid, PUFA, vitamin A, β-carotene, vitamin E and vitamin C in 10-year old children. The FFQ was validated against one 24-hour recall in 2009.
