Summary

This tool is a self-completed FFQ that was adapted from one previously used in the EPIC-UK study. The current FFQ recorded consumption of 198 different foods over the last 12 months as frequencies and number of portions consumed on each of these days. The questionnaire has been vaildated once in 2010.
