This tool is a semi-quantitative paper based, short food frequency questionnaire, which includes 10 questions and 5 food items and was designed to estimate daily legume consumption in Scottish women over a week. The tool was validated in 2007.
The development of this instrument and examination of its validity were part of an intervention study to promote the Mediterranean diet. The questionnaire can be found under the Appendix of the publication.
