Summary

This tool is a paper based, short dietary/attitude questionnaire, which includes 14 questions. The tool is intended to measurefrequency of consumption of certain foods during the previous day. Nine out of the 14 questions are relevant to the assessment of fruit and vegetable intake. This tool has been validated once in 2003.

Special Considerations

The tool is a modified version of a short FFQ used by Cox et al (1997). The tool has two parts, one that measures intake of certain foods and another that explores health beliefs in fruit and vegetable intake. The questionnaire can be found under the Appendix of the publication.
