Summary

This tool is a semi-quantitative, paper based, food frequency questionnaire. The questionnaire was developed to investigate the relationship between peanut consumption and the development of peanut allergy in children. The questionnaire includes 13 questions about peanut consumption and 37 questions on the consumption of other food groups, masking thus, the purpose of the study. This tool has been validated once in 2011.
