This tool is a web-based food checklist. The food checklist was developed to investigate the dietary habits of large number of adolescents in order for school staff and health educators a means of monitoring changes in diet. The tool measures the consumption of specific food eaten on the previous day and relates only to Monday to Thursday. This tool has been validated once in 2001.
Dr Lynne Boddy (L.M.Boddy@ljmu.ac.uk) or Dr Julie Abayomi (J.A.Abayomi@ljmu.ac.uk)
The questionnaire does not measure nutrient intake, it only records whether or not a specific food was consumed. An updated version has been used by a research team at Swansea University, however it is unsure if this has been validated.
