Summary
This tool is a semi-quantitative, paper based, food frequency questionnaire, which includes 23 food items. The tool was developed to measure short-term inulin and oligofructose intakes in adults over 7 day. This would allow between-group comparisons in dietary surveys, as well as the measurement of background inulin or oligofructose intake in specific trials. This tool has been validated once in 2010.
