Tool Information: FFQ (Inulin & Oligofructose)
|Retrospective||1 Week||Food Frequency Questionnaire||No||Detailed Information||Web Link|
This tool is a semi-quantitative, paper based, food frequency questionnaire, which includes 23 food items. The tool was developed to measure short-term inulin and oligofructose intakes in adults over 7 day. This would allow between-group comparisons in dietary surveys, as well as the measurement of background inulin or oligofructose intake in specific trials. This tool has been validated once in 2010.
The Nutritools project team were unable to get in contact with the tool owner.
