Summary
The tool was developed to produce a simple, quick, accurate and engaging method for assessing the previous day dietary and physical activity behaviours in adults. The web based 24 hour recall was developed to assess intake of fruit and vegetable (portions), % of food energy from fat and moderate-to-vigorous physical activity. Dietary intake was measured by using a predefined list of 102 foods and 18 drinks. This tool has been validated once in 2012.
